This is purely the downloadable instructions, and XML parts list for the base design, without any printed elements. Free instructions are included with every purchase of the printed parts pack. 

While my focus is still solely on purveying your favorite custom printed minifigures and parts, I did want to offer something for your PMCs to rove around in. Operating completely within the bounds of the Geneva Convention of course. The PMC Technical - Wolfpack 4x4 was designed by fellow Brickmania Alumni Will Nisbet taking inspiration from retro offroad trucks used in Middle Eastern operations, combined with a sturdy, playable design, and an eye towards the Speed Champions scale, allowing this build to fit perfectly into your existing city. 

COMPLETE BUILDING KITS ARE NOT AVAIABLE AT THIS TIME - Approximate parts cost is around 30 USD for new parts but may fluctuate based on parts supply, your location, and the selected stores.
